Low Back Pain - A Chiropractor"s Viewpoint

I worked many years as an exercise physiologist and director of a couple of cardiac rehabilitation programs before getting my Chiropractic degree. One thing I learned pretty quickly during that time is that what I thought was common sense about wellness and heart health particularly, really wasn"t so unusual.

Now in case you are wondering what an "information product" is, then let me quickly describe it to you. These type of products are products that offers advice. The simplest types of information products are: CD"s, DVD"s, manuals, reports, newsletters, seminars, webinars, membership sites, videos, ebooks, novels, Chiropractic services and podcasts. So you find advice products on a regular basis.

For nine months I suffered where I found out that all of my vertebrae were out of place, until I was able to get to a chiropractor in June of 2006, my spine had no correct curvature. I was so off balance I couldn"t stand still enough to get a good x ray the very first time. In January of this year I had another x ray done and my spine was perfect from the top of my neck down to my midsection. By then I had a curvature from my waist down to my hips.

Treatment for sciatica may be challenging, as the pain often comes from long-term, continual degeneration in the spinal column between the fifth and fourth lumbar vertebrae. Before considering surgery, I recommend pursuing chiropractic treatments for example acupuncture, and physical therapy.

In advertising we talk about identifying prospects" needs, desires, or their pains. We request how you can meet their needs, fulfill their desires, or alleviate their pain. All these are manners a prospect"s focus can be captured by your marketing messages. The catch is, the prospect need to have some focus in that area. Those people who are unaware of demands, desires, or pains in your area aren"t now your prospects.

I would suggest Biofreeze as an adequate "band aid" for an injury. Raw quads? Tight hamstrings? Rub the Biofreeze. From my experiences, I can"t advocate Biofreeze as an effective long term option. Injuries does not cure more rapidly, but it certainly can make sore muscles feel better for a brief time. At the minimum, it can help to clear up your sinuses when you have a cold! The great news is that Biofreeze is a topical ointment which has much less danger of side effects than other treatments, including anti-inflammatories. And--it is comparatively cheap!

Eventually, fortifying your body with great vitamins and minerals keeps pain away, too. For one case, magnesium prevents muscle cramps-and nearly all of us are magnesium-deficient.

It"s been six months since my last chiropractic visit. I"ve been really happy with how little strain I"ve felt in my back since including a regular routine of stretching and strengthening my back muscles no less than three days a week although I do not do this entire routine every day of the week.
